bbsolt Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. bbsolt recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. bbsolt will never contact you to ask for your password — any communication claiming to be from bbsolt that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bbsolt support immediately. bbsolt will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account while the investigation is ongoing.

You must keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, you should update your account profile promptly. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or prevent bbsolt from contacting you about important account matters.

4 Deposits and Payments

bbsolt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.

Deposits are credited to your bbsolt account within minutes of a successful transaction. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be investigated.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• bbsolt does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Processing fees charged by your payment provider are outside bbsolt's control.

10 Limitation of Liability
